If you have missed the abstract submission deadline, you can still submit your full paper directly without notification of abstract by signing up to EasyChair and uploading your file directly.


Please submit your full paper on our EasyChair submission portal link below before 15th July. If you have submitted an abstract all ready, then please use the same link to upload your full paper by clicking on Add File to your existing abstract. Note: You should use your existing EasyChair account.


Full Paper Instructions:

Please submit full paper in pdf format (maximum 6 pages including references) by uploading your document on our easychair conference portal. The deadline for full paper submission and registration to be included in the proceedings is 15th July 17. Notification of acceptance and paper reviews will be sent from the 1st of May.

UK Visa Application:

For delegates who require letters to apply for UK visa to be able to present their paper and be included in the proceedings, then please email us at providing your full name as in your passport (including given name, other names, surname), your sex (Male/Female), Date of Birth, and Passport number if known, affiliation and full adress, telephone number, and email address which are required in the letter. Only registered delegates can be issued with the visa letter at request.
