ICMR17 Registration

We will hold the CoRoT Industrial Workshop and Kickoff at 12:00 on the Thursday 7th of December in Queen Anne Court 063. To attend this workshop please register for free for both ICMR and Non-ICMR delegates using the following link:

Notes:

The early bird registration fee is 400 per delegate + eventbrite handling fee. The registration fee after 15th June 2017 will be 450 + eventbrite handling fee. The fees include conference dinner and meals/refreshments scheduled in the final conference program, but do not include accommodation.

 

You can also use the registration page to book your Daniel Defoe Halls of Residences accomodation at a reduced fee of 50 per night per person. To book accomodation with the early bird registration ticket, please choose this option after filling in your registration details and specify the date and time of arrival and departure.

 

UK Visa Application:

For delegates who require letters to apply for UK visa to be able to present their paper and be included in the proceedings, then please email us at icmr2017@greenwich.ac.uk providing your full name as in your passport (including given name, other names, surname), your sex (Male/Female), Date of Birth, and Passport number if known, affiliation and full adress, telephone number, and email address which are required in the letter. Only registered delegates can be issued with the visa letter at request.

 

Visitors Code of Practice:

If you register to attend the event - you are required to familiarise yourself with the University of Greenwich Code of Practice and to sign and agree it before the 20th of August 2017. The code of practice can be downloaded using this link: >>> Code of Practice <<<
